Cycling Tour to Promote Eco-Tourism, Fitness and Sustainable Living on Nov. 9 at Sri Vijaya Puram

As part of the ongoing series of events, the Department of Sports & Youth Affairs and the Education Department, in collaboration with the Department of Information, Publicity & Tourism, A&N Administration, will organize a Cycling Tour on November 9, 2025, from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM, with the theme “#Explore. Experience. Enjoy.”

The event aims to promote eco-tourism, fitness, and sustainable living under the Fit India Movement and Clean & Green Islands Campaign. The cycling route will start from the National Memorial Cellular Jail, covering key city landmarks such as Water Sports Complex, Dignabad Fish Market, Marine Dockyard, Megapode Chowk, and PS Chatham, before concluding at the Netaji Stadium Main Gate.

Cycling enthusiasts, students, and youth volunteers are invited to participate in this exciting ride for a fitter and greener Andaman. Participation is free and open to all age groups, and cyclists are requested to bring their own bicycles.
